WonderTone prototype The WonderTone is a musical play invention that will amaze and delight. It produces electronically synthesized sounds and is the latest product to be developed by WonderWorx. This imaginative creation can be operated by one or two players and utilizes a hand-crank to power the musical instrument. The sound is controlled by movement of a player’s hand over a flat antenna. The hand motion in mid-air produces a continuous range of tones. These unique sounds are heard from a small internal loudspeaker which faces the players. As with all WonderWorx® products, this invention requires no power or electricity and works solely on the kinetic energy of the users.

The WonderTone can be installed either outdoors or inside. The high quality construction is both weather and vandal resistant. The electronic components were designed to withstand a broad range of temperatures and humidity and are easily accessed for simple, periodic calibration.
